With over 15 years of experience in driving revenue and leading teams within multinational software companies, Chris is a seasoned commercial sales professional. He spent more than eight years at Diligent, starting as the company’s first commercial hire in 2012 and later serving as Vice President of Sales for the Asia-Pacific region. 

Chris was instrumental in building a robust recurring revenue portfolio, facilitating multiple acquisitions, and representing the company at major corporate events where he spoke on governance trends affecting C-suite executives and board directors. Under his leadership, the region achieved the highest sales penetration, including securing contracts with over 70% of the ASX 400, solidifying Diligent’s position as the global leader in Governance, Risk, and Compliance software—a position it still holds today.

After leaving Diligent in 2020, Chris held the role of General Manager for Asia-Pacific at Blink, a tech start-up focused on employee communications for frontline workers—an area that became even more critical during the pandemic.
